About
A Sanctuary for
Stillness, Connection, & Healing
At Trohanny Cottage, we offer two unique breathwork experiences:
Inside the cottage, you'll find a cozy, quiet space for guided breathwork which is ideal for deep rest, nervous system regulation, and personal reflection.
Outdoors with the animals, you’re invited to breathe alongside our gentle horses, donkeys, cats, & dogs, where the open air and intuitive presence of the animals support grounding, connection, and emotional release.
Whether underneath the thatched roof or under the Irish sky, each session is a chance to return to yourself — one breath at a time.
