About
A Sanctuary for
Stillness, Connection, & Healing
As an Advanced Breathwork teacher & certified in both mindfulness & the Buteyko Method, Áine will guide you through breathwork exercises:
Inside the cottage, you'll find a cozy, quiet space for guided small group breathwork which is ideal for deep relaxation & nervous system regulation or tailored science based Butekyo techniques to re-train your daily breathing for better health.
Outdoors with the animals, you’re invited to breathe alongside our gentle horses, donkeys, cats, & dogs, where the open air and intuitive presence of the animals support grounding, connection, and emotional release.
Whether underneath the thatched roof or under the Irish sky, each session is a chance to return to yourself — one breath at a time.
